1. Data Ownership & Enterprise Control
Ramatkal ("we", "us", or "our") operates an AI-driven meeting copilot, speaker diarization, and deal intelligence platform.
You retain 100% full ownership of all audio recordings, transcripts, translations, summaries, and client records. We act strictly as a Data Processor on your behalf under GDPR, CCPA, and global privacy standards.
2. Storage Infrastructure & Cloudflare R2
All meeting media and generated textual artifacts (including full audio binaries, speaker-diarized transcripts, multilingual translations, executive briefs, and metadata bundles) are stored in private, SOC2-compliant Cloudflare R2 object storage volumes and encrypted PostgreSQL databases located in North America and European regions.
Mobile devices upload raw audio directly to Cloudflare R2 using short-lived Presigned HTTPS PUT URLs. Audio binaries never pass through unencrypted intermediate proxy servers. All data at rest is encrypted using bank-grade AES-256, and all data in transit is protected via TLS 1.3.
3. Zero AI Model Training Guarantee
We use commercial enterprise API endpoints of Google Cloud Gemini models (including speech-to-text diarization and executive reasoning models).
Under Google Cloud Enterprise terms of service and our Data Processing Agreements, your confidential meeting audio, transcripts, translations, and client discussions are NEVER used to train, retrain, or tune public AI models, foundation weights, or third-party datasets.
4. Data Retention & Lifecycle Policy
- Active Subscribers (Pro / Business): Audio recordings, transcripts, and intelligence briefs are preserved indefinitely for the entire duration of your active subscription, giving your team a continuous deal intelligence library.
- Free Starter Accounts: Audio files are retained for 30 days, while generated text briefs and transcripts remain available for 60 days.
- Canceled Subscriptions: A 90-day grace period is provided upon subscription cancellation, allowing you to export or reactivate your workspace before media is permanently archived or purged.
- User-Controlled Deletion: You can delete individual meeting recordings and associated transcripts at any moment directly from the dashboard or mobile app.
5. Right to Erasure & Immediate Account Deletion
You hold the unconditional right to erase all your personal and corporate data. Submitting an erasure request via the mobile app or our Account & Data Deletion Page permanently purges all databases, audio files in Cloudflare R2, and transcripts within 48 hours.
